It’s Catherine with Titan Impact Group and I am here to answer the question “What liens are paid first”?
How it works is that the liens that are actually placed on the property first – meaning the first lien – would be obviously the first mortgage and any liens that are subsequent and after that would be the ones that get paid later.
It’s always the first lien that gets paid first, which is generally the mortgage.
