There are so many ways to find real estate notes.
At the end of the day, it all comes down to what my grandfather actually shared with me that I will never ever forget – he was an amazing man. He shared that it is not about what you you know, it is about who you know. So every single note that we have ever had, created, bought, sold, all of that is all based on who we know and all the relationships that we have.
Continuing to expand your relationships through real estate investor networks, banking, relationships, other investors, things like that, it all comes down to “it’s not what you know, it’s who you know”.
That is how we find notes. It’s all about all of the relationships, and we continue to take care of them and nurture them and cultivate them.
At the end of the day, that’s what ultimately matters – is the relationships that we have. So that is who we are –
